I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is intended to regulate the relationship regarding the processing of personal data between NOVA TRADING COMPANY 2004 JSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), the owner of the website https://novatrading.bg/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), and each of the users (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)") of the Website, in relation to their use of the Website.

III. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Art. 3.

The Provider collects, stores, and processes personal data of the Users through the Website only in connection with its business activities, in compliance with applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The User’s personal data may be used for authentication and communication regarding inquiries or submitted job applications, providing promotional content tailored to the User’s interests, sending newsletters (only with the User's explicit consent), statistical analysis of Website usage, information security protection of the Website, accounting purposes related to the Provider’s services, and for ensuring service delivery.
